Research ....Read.....Diet .......Train

Just a quick note - If your not researching everything and I mean everything then your heading down the wrong road, firstly you need to be training and eating right, diet and training are the building blocks for steroids, not the other way around, diet diet diet diet diet is the most important factor along side training hard, while doing these you can spend your down time researching the steroids you plan to take.

Get yourself to the books, forums websites etc read everything you can , how much to take , what the effects are going to be , clean and safe injecting practises etc, remember this is your health and your body you only have one, don't mess it all up by being ignorant.

Basic beginner cycle

Please do not attempt any of the cycles posted without first consulting your doctor , this is your body and health you are playing with you only have one .

Always research any and all compounds you are attempting to put In your body .

Below is a very very basic cycle.

Basic beginner cycle :

  • Week 1 - 12 - 250mg testosterone Enanthate/Cypionate every Monday
  •  250mg testosterone Enanthate/Cypionate every Friday 
  • Week 1 - 4   - 40mg/50mg Anavar ED
  • PCT - Clomid - ED ( starting 2nd/3rd week after last testosterone injection )

  • 100mg week 1
  • 50mg week 2
  • 50mg week 3
  • 50mg week 4


This is a very mild steroid cycle of 500mgs of  injectable long acting testosterone a week with anavar as an oral kick starter , the reason being , it will allow you to see how your body is reacting to the steroids, and to let you get used to how you cope with the changes . PCT is very important to help maintain gains you've made and restore natural testosterone levels , but please remember nothing , not even steroids can replace a good diet and hard work in the gym .
